What we collect

When you use a form on this site we collect what you type: your name, phone number, email, the service you're interested in and any message. Please don't send medical details through the website. We also use Google Analytics to count visits and clicks; it doesn't receive your form answers.

How we use it

We use your information to answer your request, schedule visits and, if you opted in, send occasional texts about openings and offers. We don't sell your information.

Text messages

If you check the text box on a form, you agree to receive text messages from Soluvie Athletic Lab about your request and our offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.

Health information you share during your care is handled under Soluvie Wellness's Notice of Privacy Practices, available at the front desk.
